If you would like to return your item please contact us at email@example.com. State your name, order number and the reason for your return. This must be within 14 days of purchase and the item unworn and in new condition (including undamaged packaging and stickers still in place). If you are eligible for a return, your item must return in original condition, with original packaging as it left our warehouse, and also must arrive back to us within 14 days of original purchase.
If you opt to return an item we will issue you with either a store credit or refund for the same amount, depending on the situation. Change of mind returns incur a 20% restocking fee. Happy shopping! We do not offer any returns or refunds for 'sale' items at the moment. We also do not offer refunds on sizing issues (as we are an online retailer, it is the customer's responsibility to check the sizing of the watches and accessories prior to purchasing online).
All specifications of our products are listed on the product pages. As we are an online retailer, it is the consumer's responsibility to double-check that they indeed want to purchase the product based on the images and specifications.
At this stage, we do not offer returns or refunds for orders with discounts/sales of 30% and above, this allows us to give you the best possible prices. Thank you for understanding. Welcome to the Louis Loire club!
All Louis Loire products come with a 12 months manufacturer's warranty, plus a 12 month extended warranty from us. This gives you a full 24 months. If you believe any item is defective or damaged in transit, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Someone from our customer support team will discuss with you and process your warranty claim if your item arrived damaged or not-functioning.
Any water damage to the timepieces is not covered under warranty, as we strongly recommend not submerging the pieces in water, or exposing them to water. They are water resistant however warranty does not cover water damage. Thank you for understanding. Battery changes are not covered under warranty, strap damage from use is not covered, If ever any small components are damaged due to every-day wear, those are also not covered.
All limited edition collections are non-refundable (change of mind), as there is a strictly limited amount of stock and once they are sold out, they are sold out. We are unable to re-sell them again.
